The scope included conducting business impact analyses and risk assessments, identifying technology requirements for IT service continuity, developing the business continuity strategy, updating the organisation’s business continuity and IT service continuity plans, delivering awareness training, facilitating a simulation exercise with a test report, and issuing a business continuity certificate.

This letter confirms that business continuity management programme services were provided to a national organisation in 2023. The engagement included the development of a project charter, business impact analyses, risk assessments, and the identification of technology requirements to inform IT service continuity planning.

The team reviewed and updated the organisation’s BCM policy and framework in line with ISO 22301, assessed service provider criticality, and developed the business continuity strategy. They also updated the organisation’s business continuity plan, crisis communication plan, emergency response plan, disaster recovery plan, and assisted with enhancements to the corporate risk register.

Ongoing awareness training, a simulation exercise, a detailed test report, and the issuing of a business continuity certificate formed part of the programme. The organisation expressed high satisfaction with the services received, noting that the expertise provided strengthened overall preparedness and operational resilience.
