With over 5,520m² floor space and over 70m² data centre space the Continuity Practice is able to accommodate a multitude of requirements quite easily. Our premium Work Area Recovery space is well lit, airconditioned and serviced daily, with over 550 seats across 3 floors. There are also 13 full multimedia meeting rooms ranging from a 60-seater Media Briefing Room to 6-seater Executive Meeting rooms. Each room is equipped with a large UHD TV, IP conference telephone and whiteboards. The larger rooms are additionally equipped with a Digital Projector and Screen.

The Office Park and Building are protected by 24/7-yearly Security Guards. RFIC and Biometric Access control allows for secure access to designated areas. Constant IP Camera surveillance on every floor and door ensures that the safety and security of the people and equipment.

The UPS’s and Generators allow for the building to continue operating while under loadshedding conditions. The 9,999 litre diesel tanks have enough fuel to whether all lengths of power cuts.
